Welcome to Qourt. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website and placing any orders. By accessing our site (qourtwear.com or qourt.be) or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.

3. Products & Availability

  • We strive to present products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearances may vary depending on your device.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed clearly before payment.
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment providers (e.g. Mollie).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already confirmed will not be affected.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; the contract is formed once we dispatch your items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of fraud suspicion, incorrect pricing, or other irregularities.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the European Union and internationally (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times are indicative and delays do not entitle customers to compensation.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods are delivered.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Excluded from returns: customized or personalized products.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via orders@qourtwear.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

8. Warranty & Defects

  • Qourt guarantees that products are free from defects at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately.
  • Warranty claims are valid only if the defect is not caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on qourtwear.com, qourt.be or related social networks, including logos, designs, text, and images, are the intellectual property of Qourt.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Qourt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
  • In case of disputes, the competent courts of Aarschot will apply, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Amendments

Qourt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
