Thank you for shopping with Qourt. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from qourtwear.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate per country:

  • Belgium & The Netherlands: € 6.95
  • Rest of the European Union: € 8.95
  • Free shipping: all orders above €100 qualify for free shipping within the EU.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times

  • Orders are produced on-demand and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Please note that delays caused by external factors (customs, courier issues, force majeure) are outside our control and do not entitle you to compensation.

2. On-Demand Production

All Qourt products are made on-demand after your order is placed. This approach helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste.

Because of this production method:

  • We cannot accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind.
  • Please consult our size guide carefully before placing your order.

3. Returns & Exceptions

Right of Withdrawal

Conform article 16(c) of the European Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised. Since all our products are produced on-demand, we cannot accept returns due to wrong size or changed preference.

Accepted Returns

We only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error.

If this occurs:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@qourtwear.com.
  2. Include clear photos of the defective product.
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will replace the defective product at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Items that are not defective (e.g. wrong size, unwanted gift, change of mind).
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered by the customer.
